What do you look forward to at nationals?
“I look forward to the networking relationships that are going to be developed at Nationals. Being able to meet new kids across the country that have the same values and the same opinions is a rare opportunity in today’s day and age.”

Favorite Hobbies:
“Some of my favorite hobbies outside of speech and debate are photography and writing!”

How has speech and/or debate benefited you?
“Speech and debate has benefited me in the way that it has allowed me to come out of my box. It has taught me the importance of communication in this world today and how you can articulate your point of view. Especially in the way of communicating Christ to people in our culture…by already knowing how to communicate we can communicate the most important message that we have in our lives which is the Good News.”

Favorite memory from the year:
“My favorite memory from speech this year would definitely be being able to break at every single tournament… especially in my DI which wasn’t very receptive because of the marital drama that it was but being able to break into semi-finals at Regionals made me feel like I had made a difference.”
